(OMC) decided that he did not want to collect evidence when an accused man told him about it. (OMC) is a Traffic cop or was at the time and refused to get a detective to handle what was clearly a case that he was not qualified to handle. (OMC) Never went back to ask the accuser or the accused of that event once his first initial interaction was complete. Really searching for the truth aren't we. (OMC) Stated that is was necessary to sit me in the back of the car hunched over handcuffed and in nothing but my underwear (OMC) was only interested in collecting evidence that could be used against the accused man (OMC) Never ran a background check on the criminal accuser.
